Measurement and instrumentation consulting

From first concept to a measurement approach you can trust - independent, desk-based engineering analysis before you commit to hardware.

Senstrali provides independent technical consulting in sensor metrology, instrumentation, and measurement system design. We work from the earliest concept through to detailed analysis - helping you shape ideas, predict performance, weigh the risks, and choose a path forward, all before committing time and budget to hardware. The work is analytical and desk-based: thinking, modelling, and advice grounded in first principles.

Concept Stage

The cheapest place to solve a measurement problem is at the whiteboard. We work alongside your team at the concept stage: pressure-testing ideas, sketching approaches, and weighing what will and won't work before anything is committed to a design. Early input here is where the expensive surprises get headed off.

Analysis from first principles

Once a direction takes shape, we model how it will actually perform. Sensor and instrumentation behaviour is closely linked to physical design parameters - geometry, materials, gauge configuration - using closed-form theory and computational methods. The output is a quantitative picture of accuracy, repeatability, drift, and temperature behaviour across the operating range.

Risk and pathways

Analysis is only useful if it informs a decision. We help you read the results: where the technical risks sit, how sensitive a design is to the things you can't fully control, and what a sensible route to a working, commercial solution looks like. Independent advice that serves your decision - not a product we're trying to sell you.
